Face to Face sessions:
Classes run for 45 minutes and are designed to build muscle, improve your health and feel amazing! Simply choose the class, day and time you want to do for the training block. Block out your diary for the same time and place to establish that routine you want! And don't worry if you cannot make the class in person for any reason (because I know how things can change last minute!) you have the option of attending it via zoom or have the opportunity to make up the class if their is availability.

1 class per week for the training block

3 classes per week for the training block
4 classes per week for the training block

My sessions are designed for women at all stages of motherhood (from pregnancy to menopause) with modified exercises to suit your individual fitness levels or concerns such as pelvic floor dysfunction, injury or pregnancy. ​​

Classes are run at my home studio in Armstrong Creek, Victoria.

School Holiday Fitness for Every Season
As most of our Trainers have children too, during Australian school holidays, we keep you accountable with a mix of a skeleton timetable of lives and recorded sessions. Enjoy a flexible schedule that works with your holiday plans, and access your favourite recorded workouts whenever it suits you.

Live sessions will wrap up on Friday, December 20, 2024, with a 4-week break over Christmas and the New Year. But don’t worry—recordings and group check-ins will keep you moving with skeleton LIVE workouts available toward the end of January 2025 before the full fresh New Year timetable starting Monday, February 3, 2025.
